Parents’ Evening – Phase 2 Competition Overview (Season 2025–26)

This parents’ evening is designed to give families a clear, joined-up overview of what to expect during Phase 2 of the 2025–26 season, with a particular focus on competition planning and how each athlete fits into the wider Academy pathway. Rather than a deep dive into individual events or trips, the session will explain the structure, purpose and progression of Phase 2 so parents understand the “why” behind decisions and how best to support their athlete.
