About the Event

Our Run Club meets at the brand new Hertfordshire Combat Centre. From here we run the children along the Alban Way to a fantastic historial spot where we will do a 20 minute HIIT class and make our way home via the River Ver. Its a fun and engaging session led by Academy Coaches.
