About the Event

Our Run Club meets at the brand new Hertfordshire Combat Centre. From here we run the children along the Alban Way to Westminster Lodge where we will do a 20-30 Min HIIT class before heading back along the River Ver. Its a fun and engaging session led by Academy Coaches.
